There was a transformative shift after covid in working environments, where we were forced to look for remote options to keep operations running for a great chunk of our teams. As it brought about remote work for local talent, it also brought about an opportunity to hire talent remotely from all parts of India.
Realizing a key challenge faced previously during recruiting was reluctance in relocation was removed, hiring and managing their payroll remotely with local laws gave us benefits unparalleled. We were able to leverage them in companies we run from Tech Ecommerce to Industrial manafucturing units.
